Project Portfolio for Modern Properties

A prominent real estate broking firm of Kolkata, Modern Properties planned to distribute this booklet to prospective visitors to their stall at Kolkata CREDAI real estate fair. The aim was to present all properties they were dealing, in a very presentable portfolio booklet.

The 80 page booklet with paperback binding included 37 projects from many well-known developers in Kolkata and nearby locations. We delivered the entire planning, design of spreads maintaining respective brand identity of developers and offset printing of around 5000 copies - within a couple of week. We consider this assignment as calibre test of our capable teamwork, execution management and ability to apply accurate printing techniques to reach the target.
